Arvada Fire Protection District is facing rising demand and increased fire risk. We are asking for your input as we work to maintain the high level of fire and emergency services our residents expect and deserve while preparing for our future together.

Arvada Fire Protection District has a strong financial track record, however additional revenue is needed starting in 2027 to account for the increased risk and the rising costs. Please provide your feedback to help us make the best decision for our community.

Funding

Arvada Fire Protection District has a history of being a good steward of taxpayer dollars and providing fire services within its budget. In fact, the District has not asked voters to approve any new tax increase since 2010.

Services

If new funding is not secured, the District would need to reduce spending over the next two years, and likely not be able to maintain the current levels of service. We want your input before making a decision that could impact response times, staffing levels, and programs.
